I came out of Superstore one day to find the front of my car completed ripped off. An absolute eye-sore. I saw good reviews for Kelowna Autobody and decided to give them a call. Vince gave me an evaluation early the next morning. Being the first time I've actually had to use insurance, Vince helped explained the process and I appreciated his unreal professionalism, service, and humour. I am so happy with my experience here! The staff at the front desk are so kind, throughly explained everything, and you can tell they definitely value their customers. They kept me updated as my car was being fixed and set me up with a lovely loaner car! There was no hassle or stress with the process, and my car was fixed and I’m super happy with how everything went! I got my car back clean & perfectly detailed I was so impressed! 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to bring your car in!

I had my vehicle towed in after an accident, and Vince and the whole team at Kelowna Autobody and Glass were professional, courteous, and helpful right from step one. They walked me through the process and kept me up to date at each step, and entirely dissolved any concerns I had about the repairs or about dealing with ICBC. In the end, my vehicle came out looking almost brand new, and in far less time than I had been expecting.

I would like to give a big shout-out to Alex who was a big help to us today in our time of need.
Today we couldn’t get the driver’s window to close on our vehicle. We called several auto glass companies and finally found one who said they could help us. When we got over to Kelowna Autobody & Glass, Alex came right out and installed the special material to provide a very good temporary fix so we could get back on the road at a time when we were facing a big dilemma. Then he cheerfully said there was no charge because it was such a small job for him!
To us, this was a very kind gesture and showed us the kind of people who work at this business. If we ever need autobody or auto glass service, Kelowna Autobody & Glass will be our first choice! Thanks again Alex!

Aways a pleasure dealing with them. I showed up to start an insurance claim and they noticed some chips in the front windshield and literally fixed them on the spot. It's nice too know some companies still put the safety of your family first. Thanks for the great service guys and ladies.
